Winemaker’s tasting notes: This Pinot Gris was picked at optimum ripeness and fermented in stainless steel fermenters at cool temperatures to retain the fresh fruit flavours and aromas. A small parcel (15%) was matured in barrel to add further complexity and texture. The wine is a pale straw colour with a slight green hue.
