A terrific red, the Oldbury Shiraz. Winemaker’s tasting notes: Dark velvet, ageing wisely. The 2008 Reserve Shiraz is first of our Oldbury Range. The fruit was carefully selected from a premium site within the Southern Highlands district. Winemaker’s tasting notes: The 2010 follows on from our 2009 Oldbury Reserve Sauvignon Blanc that was our most awarded wine. The reserve Sauvignon Blanc was crafted by selecting the best fruit from our high altitude vineyards. We exploited techniques like cold maceration, and low temperature fermentation in order to preserve the delicate aromas and intense personality of this variety.
