Most wineries are happy to package mixed cases of wine. If you would like a mixed case, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange it for you. Our friendly team is here to help you as much as possible. Please note, however, that mixed cases can only be done from individual wineries, not from multiple wineries.

The size of our partners varies considerably. Some are large operations with highly organised and complex delivery systems. Others are small boutique operations, often run by a retiree couple, who will process your order manually, often write your name and address by hand – and in some situations, deliver your wine 30km or more to the post office so it can reach you safely. If on the off chance they make a mistake with your order, please be patient. We will help as best we can to work out a feasible and fair solution.
winery2u.com is the first point of contact for all complaints. We always strive for a fair and rapid solution to any problem you might have. Quality, delivery and the processing of orders is, however, ultimately the responsibility of the winery.
