Winery2u.com has a firm privacy policy to protect you, the users of our site. We detest spammers, and hold any information you provide to us in safe regard. The following information discloses how we will use information:

A/ Your contact information: winery2u.com does not disclose your contact information to any third party. We don’t share databases, nor do we ask other companies to share theirs with us. Your name and address details are sent to the winery for the purposes of delivery. We also provide the bank with your name for the purposes of payment.

B/ Internal use: Winery2u.com stores names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and any other information you provide for internal purposes only. That is, we use your details to make sure your wine gets to your safely, and to communicate directly with you. We rely on our relationship with site users for our existence. We won’t be selling any details for short-term gain.

C/ Credit card details: We never see your credit card details. We have a secure gateway which is operated by eWay and BankWest. They process your credit card and pass payment to us so we can process your purchase with the winery. We then liaise directly with the winery to ensure your order is on its way as fast as possible. Given that we don’t see your details, neither can we store them.

D/ Paypal: If you choose to pay by Paypal, we don’t see your credit card details. This is processed by paypal via their own system and passed onto winery2u.com so we can process your payment with the winery.

E/ Phone orders: If we process an order over the phone, winery2u.com requires the customer to pass on their credit card details. These details are shared with nobody. We do not pass credit card details on to the winery, nor any other third party, aside from the bank. After the order is processed, all credit card details are destroyed.

F/ External links: winery2u.com does contain links to other sites. Winery2u.com is not responsible for the content on those sites, nor is winery2u.com responsible for their privacy policies. If these sites operate outside the policies of winery2u.com, we ask that you inform us so we can assess our involvement, and where deemed appropriate, disconnect our link to them.

G/ Opt in: Users can opt out of receiving emails at any time. There is an “unsubscribe” button on each email. Simply click it and you will be automatically removed from the mailing list.

H/ Security: This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. No outside parties have access to this data. Data may only be accessed via password by authorised personnel of winery2u.com. Data is encrypted with SSL security for transmission through the Internet. Credit card details are kept securely and only disclosed to the bank for payment.
